Our 2026 sessions are shaping up and will highlight new initiatives and ideas that support people and groups in economic and community development. We’ll engage in purposeful dialogue, learn from each other, and explore best practices.
Session 1: How We Show Up Matters
Wednesday, May 13 | Noon-2:00 PM | YWCA Training Room
Join us for a professional development-focused session led by UEDA member Yes…AND LLC.
Consider the attitudes, assumptions, and habits you bring to your professional relationships. Technical expertise often gets you in the room. How you show up determines what happens next.
In this interactive session, participants will examine the assumptions and habits they bring into client and colleague relationships that influence trust, collaboration, and results. Through reflection and meaningful dialogue with peers, you’ll uncover blind spots that may be limiting connection or effectiveness in your work.
You’ll leave with practical tools and simple mindset shifts you can apply immediately to improve communication, foster more inclusive relationships, and create better outcomes for your clients and your teams. Because in today’s marketplace, how you work with people is just as critical as what you deliver.
Lunch will be provided – REGISTER HERE
Save the Dates! Session 2 will be held on August 13 and Session 3 will be held on October 17. Details coming soon.
