Thank you for joining Take Root Milwaukee!

Your contribution as a Take Root Member is critical to the work we do to connect the public to local, trustworthy resources, identify strategies to strengthen homeownership, and mitigate foreclosure impacts.

Take Root Milwaukee is a program of UEDA that formed in 2009-2010 and works to preserve and promote sustainable, diverse neighborhoods by leveraging the work of its members and partners to encourage and maintain homeownership. A Take Root membership provides the following benefits:

• Listed as a “Trusted Participant” on the Take Root Milwaukee website and other promotional materials.
• Use of the Take Root Milwaukee logo on your promotional materials and/or online to demonstrate your support of our sustainable homeownership efforts.
• Participate in all official Take Root Milwaukee outreach, training, and networking events to connect with people and practitioners in the homeownership sector.
• Ability to list your own homeownership-related activities on the Take Root Milwaukee website.

As a 501(c)(3), memberships are tax-deductible and help support UEDA’s broader efforts in community investment, sustainable homeownership and affordable housing, economic opportunity, small business growth, and regional transportation.
