UEDA hosts several events for members and partners including the Annual Membership meeting, the annual Community Development Summit, Community Development Brown Bag discussions, Quarterly Gatherings and UEDA’s Annual Fundraiser, “Carnival Milwaukee.”
Community Development Summit
This year's Summit will focus on civic engagement and how it can be used as a tool to connect city neighborhoods to the opportunities present in major projects being developed downtown.
We are partnering with the
for this year's Summit to examine the MKE United Action Agenda and
its effort to”…create a shared and inclusive vision for downtown
Milwaukee and its adjacent neighborhoods.” Participants will be
asked to provide their input on what is needed to make this vision a
reality. Individual Tickets: $35, Current UEDA Members: $25

About the Community
UEDA plans and organizes this annual event, bringing together Members, Partners and other stakeholders to discuss and explore relevant & emerging issues in the economic and community development sector. The goal is to assist in forging collaborations and partnerships that will foster more collective efforts and facilitate best practices to enhance economic development & job creation in southeast Wisconsin.
